Coastal Communities

For coastal communities affected by climate change, digital commons go beyond technological inclusion as they are building the foundations of information empowerment and resilience. In this article we propose that digital commons can be a powerful model for information empowerment in coastal regions of developing countries. We illustrate this through our project, in South Sulawesi, Indonesia.
