Andrej Zwitter is Professor of Political Theory and Governance at the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. His research foci include Big Data ethics, state of emergency politics, as well as law and politics of humanitarian action. Dr. Zwitter has a PhD in International Law and Legal Philosophy.
