PhD in Communication, Information and Library Studies. Director of the InTeractiOn Lab. Associate Professor at the Departamento de Ingeniería Informática, Universidad de Santiago de Chile (USACH). He received is Ph.D degree from Rutgers University and a Master degree from USACH. He is also a Computer Engineer and a Fulbright Alumni. His research interests are: Information Seeking, Collaborative Information Seeking, Affective Computing, Human-Information Interaction, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Retrieval, and Computer Supported Cooperative Work..
